–Thursday, 26 March 2020. All CAMWS members interested in the study and performance of Greek, Roman, and Classical Tradition drama are invited to participate in the following two special sessions at the 116th annual meeting in Birmingham, Alabama. (1.) On Thursday 26 March from 5:15-6:15 p.m. there will be an organizational meeting for all interested in forming a CAMWS-version of CAMP. The proposed CAMWS group would present a staged reading of a Greek, Roman, or Classical Tradition play at each CAMWS annual meeting and perhaps sponsor an academic panel. Timothy Wutrich will preside over the organizational session: all are welcome to come to help visualize the structure, operation, and goals of this new group. – Deadline of Wednesday, 1 April 2020. The Ohio Classical Conference has three scholarships with a deadline of 1 April 2020 to apply: (1) the OCC Scholarship for Prospective Latin Teachers ($1,500); (2) The OCC Scholarship for the Study of Greek and Latin ($1,500 for first year and up to $1,500 more for more years); (3) the OCC Professional Development Scholarship (up to $2,000).
