After nearly 50 years of teaching, Ben Lupica of Padua Franciscan High School is retiring. The OCC would like to congratulate Ben, a long-time OCC member, on a long and distinguished teaching career. He was a kind and dedicated educator, who attended many OCC meetings and who always took the time to ask how his colleagues around the state were doing.
Being humble, Ben did not contact us about announcing his retirement, but wanted to make sure the OCC knew Padua is now looking for a part time Latin teacher. The position includes teaching all 4 levels and a Latin Club supplemental. The position, however, could be expanded to include Greek.
