John Carroll will be hosting its annual Miller Lecture in Classics on Thursday, October 10, at 5 pm. Dr. Amy Cohen, Associate Professor of Classics at Randolph College, will speak about “Performing Greek Drama: What It Can Teach Us.” Professor Cohen has directed seven Greek plays in outdoor theaters, using masks that she and her students have constructed out of materials available in antiquity. The lecture is intended to be accessible to a general audience, so please come and bring your students! Attached is a flyer with more information. The lecture will be in the Dolan Science Center, room 202-203.
